"The only complaint was that the internet was close to non-existent no matter what area of the property we tried. That was part of the reason we did not stay another night. The spa area was nice with very few guests around. Not walking distance to the city center, but taxes are readily available."

"The building is quite old, with only a few cosmetic updates in the rooms. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the mattress was very uncomfortable—you could feel the springs while sleeping. On the positive side, the host was very friendly and professional, which we appreciated. Breakfast included a few options; I enjoyed the ham and cheese sandwich and French toast as it reminded me of childhood in Bulgaria, but my partner found it hard to have the same options every morning."

"The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. "It's a great 3 star hotel, all amenities are good. The Jacuzzi and sauna were amazing after a day of skiing. Very convenient located, just 3 minutes by car to the gondola. Close to the main street with restaurants at walkable distance. Very nice staff. We will definitely be back next year and stay here again. "

"Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. "Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down side was that on arrival to the apartment it was so hot and no thermostat on the room to turn the temperature down, I asked at reception to reduce temp but still warm so slept with the windows open. All areas of this apartment were clean and staff were approachable and helpful. It is situated a short walk away from the main ski resort with loud bars which was perfect for us as it was quiet. Would definitely return to this apartment complex."
