I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

There are bikes at the resort for use freely but the neighborhood dogs kept chasing us. LOL. We ate outside as there were plenty of options for us to choose.
