"The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The night shift front desk person (I didn’t get his name) tried so hard to call 2 taxis for us to no avail. He went above and beyond his duty and was very apologetic when he couldn’t get a taxi to come to the hotel. We appreciate his efforts. The hotel is new and very clean. "The room was comfortable but a little small so I had to squeeze a little bit when opening my suitcase. This hotel was generally a good option but I found some mold emerged in the air conditioner. I think the hotel should clean it properly to secure healthy stays for their customers."

"Located in a small Japanese covered shopping street close to Okayama station. Good sized room with typical Japanese high standard of cleanliness. Front staff both very professional and friendly. Enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine every evening in the lobby. "
