Handy Kurashiki hotel

We have stayed in this hotel before and like the location. It’s easy to get to the station and the older area of town where the tourist spots are. The beds are comfortable , the staff are helpful and breakfast is tasty. We would stay again. It’s also amusing that the hotel sign is backwards if coming from the other direction.

It's nice that the hotel is beside the railway station. The hygiene is not well in the room. The dust caust us snoring and bad sleeping. Up front I had asked the hotel to dust the room well. Unfortunately this hotel didn't respond to that.

Great service but a bit inconsistent from time to time. Elevator wait time may be longer than expected. Super convenient. Great grocery store across from it. Amazing bathhouse and cleanliness. Everything else was awesome.

Nice hotel with a spa unfortunately, if you have tattoos, you can’t use it. Super friendly staff rooms are a little tired, but comfortable. We came by bike and they had bike parking, which was really nice. There’s breakfast we didn’t do the breakfast so I can’t comment on that but they do have laundry facilities and it’s not that expensive. The area is close to lots of restaurants within walking distance.

連泊で利用したが、掃除はしないでとカードを出していたら入室なしかと思っていたら、入室してタオルやら交換した模様、入室ありなら掃除頼めばよかった… 入って欲しくはなかったかな

和食をゆっくり食べれるのは最高 鰆のたたきを始めて食べたけど、めっちゃ美味しいかった。 部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

朝食が美味しかった。 エレベーターが1つで込み合った。 大浴場もピーク時は狭い。 それ以外は満足です
