"Beach was beautiful- World Class! The room was perfect- great size. Food was excellent with good variety for all. Pool was fun and clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. But remember that you are in a resort- best to go out and do some local shopping to get a real feel for the area. Recommend guests to go out on the beach first light to see the fishing boats come in."

"We stayed here as it was close to my friends wedding that we attended. We were happy to stay here for two night. It was comfortable for the duration of the stay. The staff were so lovely, and could t do enough for you. They brought a coffee and a chai up to our room. We would go back if we needed somewhere for a short duration in that town again."

"I booked this property for the benefit of airport shuttle as per information provided on the search. I contacted them through expedia messages and didnt get a reply. I then called them when I reached India which was option 2. Firstly, the number they provided was not the number to call. The person then gave me 2 different numbers. "The front desk is very disorganized. Refrigerator is not working and I’m supposed to be here for 9 days. They said they will not replace the refrigerator and won’t say why. They just tell you that it’s not working and not even an apology. They are also extremely nosy, always asking if someone is staying at the hotel. The Skybar is a joke, no one is there either the day or at night. Also, no curtain in the bathroom to separate the shower and toilet, so when you take a shower water is all over the bathroom. I spent so much time cleaning up the water and asking for more towels. I will probably leave early and check into the grand ambassador. "
