He arranged the room according to our requirements and also arranged a taxi for our return trip to Gaya station. And a special thanks to Bittu bhai, who drove us to Gaya. We encountered a massive traffic jam in the middle of a bridge. He helped our entire family cross the bridge, carried our bags, and arranged a local taxi to ensure we could reach the station on time. "We loved our stay here! We were in the area picking up our adopted daughter and the staff was incredible helpful and accommodating with the travel and helping her adjust. "When i showed up the hotel with my family after 9 hour drive, i was told there are no reservation on my name. This was a fully paid reservation. The property asked me to produce the voucher from expedia. But i never received any. After 2 hours spent at the property, we had to go looking for another hotel in a city we were in for the first timr. It was late night and i had 2 women with me. Absolute nightmare. Expedia didnt have any rep to respond to us. Will never use expedia again"
