There were some fluctuating water temperatures in the shower but no big deal for us.The location is convenient for exploring the entire island, quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of the 7 mile beach zone. Grocery store and nuce snorkeling beach 7 min drive away."

"We were well received, great locate, easy to park, clean everywhere, great kitchen, easy access to beach, good to have washer and dryer. Had more than enough beach towels delivered every other day. Very happy with Grandview and would book again in a heartbeat!"

"Definitely a great place to Stay for a short visit. The rooms were absolutely amazing so clean they look brand new and they were huge. People were amazing But it’s definitely not a place you would take your family to. The pool was very small maybe 10 chairs total, no gym. I highly recommend it just not for a vacation stay."

"The property is in a nice location. It is right across from the beach with easy parking and access to the beach. Downstairs you have a grocery, cafe, bakery and a restaurant. The hosts were very nice and addressed put concerns right away. Everything was great except the uncomfortable mattress in the unit. "

"Sunset Cove has a great lagoon for lounging and snorkeling. It was not crowded in May so it was easy to find chairs and umbrellas at the beach and pool. It’s not an updated property and you really need to walk on the sidewalk to Seven Mile beach. But, for the price it is a good value. It is clean and has beachfront which makes for a great stay. We would stay again."

"Quiet side of the island. You'll need a car to get around for shopping or dining. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not the best beach but they work hard to maintain it.. Extremely shallow reef which makes snorkeling and swimming difficult. Overall a very nice resort. "

"Great quiet place to relax. You must have a car if you want to exploret the island, even if it's west bay only. Rooms are clean and spacious, just not very modern - and be aware housekeeping service is limited in Christmas time (once in a 7 night stay in our case) "
