"We love this resort and have been coming here for years. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Ms Louise in the Sunshine Grill is a fabulous hostess and waitress. Ms. Carol did a fabulous job cleaning and keeping our room in tip-top shape. We met some great people and enjoyed our brief encounters as we lounged around the pool area The beach access at the Westin was a super plus and we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool at the Sunshine Suites. The. elevator added a perk to our trip as we were on the second floor. We are looking forward to a return visit next year! We would highly recommend this resort for a visit to Grand Cayman. Thank you for all the extra things you do to make it a pleasant stay! "

"These employees cannot do enough to please. They are uber friendly and nice. Not fake nice; REAL nice. The concierge service is great, the food is excellent. Things are pricey, but whatever. The grounds are probably the most beautiful in the Caribbean- super lush and beautifully manicured. We felt safe, also. You'll need a taxi to go off premises since there is not much nearby, but they are reasonable and take both US$ and Cayman money ( which is 1.25 American). There are prob 200 lounge chairs around the beautiful pool and beach area, so you can always find seating. Of course, you can also rent a cabana for the day and they will bring you champagne and charcuterie. Not too shabby!"
