They are trying their best but as we travel all over the world, we can feel the difference. Staff should be more trained. "I would never recommend this hotel for stay. They had very bad conditions of the room. I booked non-smoking room at first and they gave us smoking room, which we had to argue for to get the non-smoking room. Even the room was not good at all. There was bathroom faucet keep on leaking and making the noise. "

"Safe, refrigerator, and hot water all had to be fixed. My plan was not to sit around watching them do work in my room. Hot water took 4 days to get working. There is a loud speaker somewhere near the place that ran some nights until midnight with some religious message in hindi. I had wear ear plugs in the room and still could not drown it out. This was not every day but more than once and it went on for hours on end."

"Hotel is very conveniently located for temple visit any time of the day. Autos are always available outside the hotel even at 2 am. Hotel staff is very helpful in meeting your needs but the bathroom and in room service needs improvement. WiFi service is patchy."

"I had done my booking through hotels.com in which I booked Deluxe Room with Multiple Bed Options i.e One Double Bed and one King Bed. But at the time of check in hotel staff said they don't have this category room with us and we had to settle in a small room. A very rude behaviour from the hotel staff. Please don't book this property "
