"The family run 3star property was lovely and our hosts couldn’t have been more obliging. The room was not large but we were able to leave 1 suitcase on the balcony which worked fine. Cleaning staff good, lots of towels & fresh sheets daily -3 nts. Breakfast was good. We rented bikes,& used the parking & gym. Good value "

"The host Tanya and her husband were splendid. Great at communicating quickly and in perfect English. First we were very late for check in and Tanya was very understanding. "Since the booking was made for the same day, I wasn’t able to select a higher-priced option that includes free cancellation. I booked this hotel by mistake, as the drive turned out to be too long and we wouldn’t be able to arrive before check-in time. I understand this was my error, but I tried to cancel the reservation within 30 minutes of booking, and the system didn’t allow it. I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this."
