You are not allowed to drive to the hotel as vehicle access is not allowed to the area so your bags have to be carried by porter. The hotel has spectacular views, the staff are friendly and helpfull. I requested a different room which I got immediately. However the view was terrible. I was overlooking some building construction next door. Not worth for a hill station visit.
