"This is a dog and pet friendly hotel. The proprietors couldn't have been kinder and more helpful especially as this was the first time we had taken our 2 dogs to a hotel. Pam even made up biscuit packs for them 2 phone calls received to check which type of room, and we were given a large sea view room for pet comfort! "Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There 4 concerns of why I wouldn’t stay here again. 1. The hill to walk up the hotel is very steep and push a pram up it was painful. 2. The rooms don’t have A/C and get really warm, I can’t imagine what it would be like in the summer time. 3. The hotel only has one lift, the door opens and closes very slow and if the hotel is busy you have to wait ages for it. "Very poor. Dirty. No heating or hot water. Very disappointed, This is not a hotel, it is more like a private lodge, where customers are not taken care of"

"The hotel is well situated and the room suited my needs but was very tired and in need of a spruce up. Walls very scuffed, shower curtain had brown stain all along bottom, and door chain didn’t work. Lots of little things which don’t do the hard working and very nice staff justice."

"I really enjoyed my stay here!! The celebrity theme in the hotel is fun & the bar is open 24 hours with a pool table. There's also a garden and Bournemouth Pier is very close. Staff were lovely. Being woken up by room service is something all hotels do and it got me up to enjoy my holiday. "
