"First and foremost, I highly rate the staff as they were very friendly and helpful. Subham, the property manager, was extremely helpful and really went out his way to look after us, such as calling reliable taxis after we had two major setbacks (which didn't relate to the hotel I'll add). "The staff are polite and helpful and the location is excellent. Nestled between two shopping malls it’s very convenient for hill area visitors. "

"Booked as a stop over to. Arch an early flight, the staff were welcoming and helpful. It’s not easy to find unless you have a knowledgeable driver as the hotel reception is on the 3rd floor above shops, the access is at the rear. We were met at the lift by a helpful porter. Good value for money and a result for us."

"I enjoyed staying at the Mount Amara, but there were a few difficulties – the hotel is very quiet because it is about 300 m away from the main road, and overlooks an open field. "Very very bad experiences. This hotel has another hotel about 2 - 3 Km far from this property. We confirmed all payments for our rooms & when we were there, the desk manager told not possible to arrange rooms for us due to room unavailability & we have to shift their that hotel, which is far from there. "M a regular at ur hotel n had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is spotless, n the staff were incredibly friendly n welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, n all the amenities were well-maintained. That said, I do feel that the pricing is on the higher side. As a regular customer who enjoys staying here, I was hoping for a bit of a reward or discount for returning. It would be great to see some sort of loyalty program or special rate for returning guests to make it more appealing to keep coming back. Overall, it’s a great hotel, but a little more consideration for loyal customers would definitely be appreciated. Best regards, 🇧🇹"

"2/5. You get what you pay for, but l've stayed in better for less, and worse for more, which is the only reason it's not a 1. Not the quietest, not the cleanest. Walls so thin someone walking barefoot in a neighbouring room sounded like they were in the room with us. My feet went black walking around the room, the bedding had an uncomfortable feeling of being unclean, the bathroom was smelly and had a hole in the wall/missing panel. The room smelt of petrol! Asked for help ordering a taxi as it's next to a dual carriage way with no obvious taxi rank nearby and staff seemed confused by the query. Food was good, but would avoid the meat.... However smoking is allowed so we asked to be moved. Breakfast was lacking - only toasties. Risk of electrocution when plugging anything into the wall, as sockets are hanging off it. WiFi is free but painfully slow. Name is misleading, Itsy doesn't appear anywhere on the building, causing confusion to taxi drivers."
