I was traveling with my wife and two small kids, first the receptionist didn’t give us our rooms although I had a confirmation for staying there for three nights and all paid for. She was claiming that it was not paid for by the booking company which was a complete lie and that we have to pay all over again or they will kick us out. Then the manager came who was very rude, abusive and swearing at us and my family which made my kids cry and get scared....
