"I like the set up,,it was efficient, comfortable, and cozy."

"The place was great. The living room was spacious. The kitchen and eating area was great. The location was close to center city. The communication was great. I recommend this stay."

"It was dirty. There were bugs. The photos were not of the actual unit. It was disgusting!! We left an hour after we arrived. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!"

"Conveniently close to everything. Super spacious and clean. Great host, super cute room and very comfortable bed. The view is spectacular and the balcony hang out area was a cool place to chill at the end of th day. Be mindful there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow and there is a third party verification app used where you will have to leave a deposit. (Refunds prompt after stay) Many thanks!!"

"I was under the impression when they said that there was space for 3 people in the room that there would be space for 3 people. The Queen bed is a bit undersized (I would consider that a Full) and the Sofa bed is not a bed. If you want a cheap place near Rittenhouse Square and don't have high expectations, sure you can for sure stay here."

"Nice neighborhood. Clean apartment. Please be aware apartment is on 3rd floor. Steps are steep!"

"This is the rare rental that looks better in person than in the pictures! Great location--a quick walk to Rittenhouse Square. Will definitely book it again!"

"Great stay, great host, would use again"

"I loved how near to food choices we were. I loved that we could easily walk to our venue. The only negative was that one of the bathroom sinks was full of hair. "

"Quiet, clean and an easy quick check in! I would definitely stay again!"

"Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them...
