Free parking on-site. - Hotel requested extra 50 EUR for late check-in, We negotiated the lower price but finally the check-in was done via code for door access and earlier whatsapp contact and nobody was waiting for us. Had a fantastic stay. We had the welcome you would expect from a small family run hostel, but with the benefits of any small hotel. Four of us, including two adult children in their 20s, shared the quadruple room and had everything we needed. We were very impressed with the property, the location and the engagement from the reception staff via WhatsApp. The apartment was very clean, spacious and parking was easy to arrange and secure. Such a cute property, with amazing views and interior. Feels like home The staff is amazing, I was given very early check in. Unfortunately there was an issue with my Air con which they tried to fix but couldn’t. They offered free breakfast and drink. The hotel also covers two taxi charges to city centre throughout your stay which is a nice perk. Honestly not sure about the walk to city centre as the hotel is on a very steep hill with no sidewalks

This place was just what we wanted in Verona. We had a very friendly and helpful welcome from our host Elena and her family members. The room was large, spotless, had effective aircon and a river view. The location was perfect - on the edge of the historic centre, but in a quite road next to the river. Although the bathroom was not ensuite, it was private, near, and the lighting came on automatically so you didn't have to look for light switches. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous way to enjoy Lake Garda. All the scenery but away from the mass crowds. Beautiful location in a small village square overlooking the lake. Rooms are spacious - we stayed in a vintage room- bed very comfortable and effective air conditioning. High quality towels and bedding. Swimming pool and hot tub area was modern and immaculate- staff very happy to bring drinks and snacks to sun loungers (umbrellas provided).
