"I was very impressed with the professional and courteous service of Mr Anand Chaudhary of IHG at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. Due to his excellent service our experience from the front desk to the hotel check in became smooth and hassle free. We also enjoyed our experience at the breakfast table. A kind tall lady ( Do not have her name) made us welcomed and served us freshly cooked omelettes. Our overall experience with this hotel was great. I wish these individuals good luck.

"I have had negative experience saying in this hotel simply due to the room being dirty , low pressure hot water in both sink and the shower plus the swimming pool was out of use. Over all my experience was not great please reconsider booking in this hotel and stop wasting money!!! "

"Bad cleaning in the room and bathroom, totally unheigenic and diagusting. They lack professional house keeping staff and only focus on making money. Toilet seats were not cleaned, dustbins not epmtied, linen not changed after used by previous guest. I found each and every corner of the room uncleaned. In fact hotel reception rugs were not cleaned from ages.
To the owners- What is the point of running a hotel business if you cant manage it and provide value for money? This is disgusting and it...

"Our booking was for Amenda Hotel based on the pictures shared. But we were accommodated in another hotel call Tourist Palace. There was a stench in the entire hotel and the rooms including the bathrooms were not clean and had dust sitting on the floor. The AC in the rooms didn’t work and if they did there was no way to control the temperature on it. The water heater didn’t work in one of the rooms and we all had to take bath in a single room causing rush and delays. Although the staff were...
