"The staff from the front office to housekeeping was exceptional. The facility is an absolute disaster . Check in wasn't available until 6:00 due to understaffing. We PAID for a kitchenette. The stove top was nonfunctional, refrigerator minimally cooled, no coffee maker and no pots, pans or utensils. No USB to hookup the TV.
I realize this wasn't a Ritz Carleton, but come on Motel 6 do better."
