"The room has basic facilities like kettle (no milk, tea or water), TV, geyser and AC. Only small house converted to hotel, there is no reception or service staff. It is very near to the Palolem Beach. Good if you only want to stay at night. As it located in village area, day stay is not recommended. Price wise OK."

"・When arrived at late night with baby and small children also have 2 suits case and baby stroller just reception people were watching us
・Freizer is not work, you cant make cold water in hot.
・TV sound not working
・Wifi not working
・If you book room with breakfast but they not accept
Specially BE CAREFUL！
There in Expedia shows breakfast with family cottage but when you go there to eat they will tell you not included even we showed included breakfast booking.
Our small kids need to leave...

"Friendly staff, nice design, good food. Staff are friendly, the foods are yummy.So Comfortable bed I love it and sure I will be back with my family again. The new rooms were tastefully done and renovated.
