"There is no such hotel. It doesn't exist. Very difficult situation. The phone number on hotels.com goes to treebo reservation line. It's not hotel number. Walked around and asked people about the hotel. No-one knows such hotel. It doesn't exist. Asked hotels.com for refund"

"To start with a positive note, here are the Pros:
1. The location of the property is great. Good connectivity to nearby areas
2.transport is easily available
3. Since we reached there very early, the hotel obliged to provide storage for luggage until our checkin and it was safe
