I paid for the place and could not gain access because host was complaining that they don’t get payout on time from Expedia so they advise I cancel and pay cash but I already paid and I was denied access but yet to receive my refund. "Everywhere within the hotel are spotless clean. The room is superb. Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. Also, this hotel is located within a secured estate and I felt safe throughout my stay. Breakfast not too bad. Other meals are not too encouraging. Lots of improvements needed with the meals."
