"The location of the apartment is on an island. When I was there nothing was going on on the island a lot of places were closed. My check in process did not go smoothly. The host Sandra is nice, the apartment is cute, cozy and clean and Apt. 1 has a partial ocean view. There are cats outdoors and Sandra’s dogs Cesar and Luna are adorable. There was an issue with the internet but Sandra’s son had it fixed in an hour. Also the shower is pretty small and not a ton of hot water for a good shower but...

"J'ai réservé 2 nuits et j'ai dû aller me loger ailleurs. Aucune communication, l'hôte ne répond à aucun appel, aucun sms, aucun mail.
La maison sur les photos ne correspond à aucune dans tout le quartier (j'ai cherché plus de 2 heures).
Hotels.com et son système de chat n'a rien fait pour m'aider à part m'envoyer des coordonnées GPS qui correspondent à un parking.
2 nuits facturées pour rien, ce logement n'existe pas."
