"Great location-literally less than a 5-minute walk to a beach and about 10 minutes to the main markets, shops, and restaurants. Just 10-15 minutes from the airport, making it convenient for early flights, I used Uber. This is a no-frills stay with a genuine local feel. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and the place was clean. The room has a mini fridge, though the bed was a bit firm. A couple of things to note: you will hear planes due to the proximity to the airport. Surprisingly as a light sleeper, I did just fine. Also you'll need to carry your luggage to your floor. The host was friendly and attentive, constantly cleaning (you can smell the laundry) which shows in the tidy unit. Also, bring Euros-there's a bakery 30 seconds away that's cash only. Overall, I found this place last minute, and it worked perfectly for a short stay."

"We are a family of 5 and arrived late into split and needed a place to stay for the night. Check in instructions were clear and we were greeted on arrival and shown to our room even though it was late. The location of this hotel is amazing and the street is so beautiful. Just a 2 minute walk across the bridge and you are in the beautiful Trogir with so many restaurants to choose room and sites to see. The apartment was perfect and the air conditioning works so well. We were even allowed to leave our luggage after checkout so we could go back and see Trogir in the daylight. I wish we were staying another night and would certainly return to this hotel which is great value and I cannot fault. Thank you"

"Rooms were lovely. Lots of amenities. Close to the water and marinas to people and boat watch. Many dining choices within walking distance. Our host was very helpful and check in was a breeze. Also close to airport which was important since we had a very early flight. "

"We had a late night flight into Split and arranged to stay at Hotel Vila Tina. Arriving in at midnight, we did not get to see much of the hotel. In the morning, we were so amazed at the beautiful view and property. Nice breakfast and very nice staff. Definitely recommend. "
