"The hotel was exactly as expected- lovely pool - nice rooms great location with a very short walk to a fabulous beach with a couple of bars - small supermarket nearby Nice staff and management- did not eat evening meal in hotel but a number of great local restaurants a few minutes walk away- a few miles from cavalossim - expect to pay between 400 to 600 which is a little high but due to the taxi monopoly that’s going on at the moment "

There are a few fixes needed in that the bedside shelf was hanging off on one side and the patio doors didn’t close fully but the value for money is great. The staff really can’t do enough here or at James beach shack. Will definitely be returning "

"Only 6 rooms,with fan,air conditioning,shower ,toilet,wash basin.The water was always hot. The rooms are a good size with sink,one tap,mugs,plates and cutlery kettle large fridge but no cooking facilities. Large bed,double wardrobe and desk.Plenty of power points,remember to bring adaptors,Though they are cheap to buy there. There is a patio outside each room with a small table and chairs. "Great little guest house , great manager all the stuff there, safe, sat tv , air con and so cheep with a great beach, restaurants all around, spent 3 weeks there and loved it "

"The hotel property cancelled my reservation on my day of my arrival. In a phone call with them, they said they aren't licensed to accept non-Indians. But they didn't explain why they didn't inform me earlier, only that they would refund any deposit / payment. Disappointed & much inconvenienced getting another local hotel that evening at the last minute."
