We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Although slightly dated, it was perfectly adequate for our needs. We used the pool - the towels were a little on the small side! There was a good Breakfast selection and was presented in a covid friendly manner.

Welcoming & friendly reception staff who gave us recommendations for a couple of bars in town.
They were large rooms. although the rooms & hotel are looking a little dated. Very clean though, and good powerful shower.

The Edgewater was a great seaside motel near to the pier. The staff we spoke to were friendly & welcoming. Our room was comfortable and clean. The only thing we struggled with was the soft mattress. Other than that we enjoyed our 3 night stay and visited Portland and Kennebunkport as both are approx 40 mins away from Old Orchard Beach.
