"The hotel is a great location, 1 block from Union Square. The room was very big and comfortable. This hotel isn't as nice as say a Marriott with central heating/AC, but its nearly as good and more unique, without the corporate feel. The whole staff was nice and friendly, always felt safe and good there. I would stay again when wanting to come to SF next time."

"Area was perfect. Can take BART directly down the street. And just a quick up hill walk and you are there. Hop on Hop off buses as well as cable cars are less than a 5 minute walk. Daily cookies, lemon water, got some popcorn and tea and coffee available. Daily housekeeping, and luggage services. Allowed for late check out as well at 130 PM. Clean room, nice toiletries, huge closet. Rooms are small but comfortable and soft pillows and beds. Extremely happy with my choice for my first time in San Francisco. "
