"We booked this hotel to be close to the airport for the end of our trip in India and for the pool. We had previously paid a little more and stayed in Aero city on our arrival. We stayed three nights and after continually complaining about cold water we got a hot shower on our last day. We were told we should have informed reception fifteen minutes beforehand if we needed hot water. The hotel itself could be a lot better than it was.
