"Our first time to SF but our second Kimpton hotel! This has all the perks of a hotel right next to the wharf, which is super walkable and fun to experience early morning and late night! The record player and record library are such a nice touch, and the robes in room make it feel even more like a vacation! We will definitely be back!"

"The Palace is a beautiful classic hotel. I booked to celebrate my husband & my 23rd anniversary. I was disappointed in our room at first— I had been under the impression that a junior suite would have more than one room. It was also not ready at 5:30 when we arrived. There was also only one robe & some of the furniture was really scratched. BUT we were given a $50.00 bar credit for the room being late and it turned out to be comfortable & quiet. "Family and I had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a few appetizers and drinks in the evening at the restaurant and it was all very well served and delicious. The breakfast was not worth the price, in my opinion, nonetheless it was appetizing. We will be back!"
