"Beautiful hotel away from the center, so it is quieter - but also requires a tuk tuk to go everywhere. Beds are either super hard or soft, so be sure to request a room with your preference (I switched after the first night.) Staff were nice enough and became more friendly after a few days. "OMG, where to start? First, the photos on the site are exactly as the hotel appears. From check-in, the staff were amazing and allowed us to have our room at 09:30. The area is bustling and vibrant, and the hotel decor reflects the merge of modern amenities with timeless architecture. The rooftop restaurant for breakfast is an oasis in the city.
