"Friednly and helpful staff. Could not accomodate check in at 2:30pm when our check in was at 3pm which we were.told was not guaranteed. But were able to check in at 3 simce we stayed in lobby and asked if room was ready at 3pm. Room had a pink wash cloth ledt on the sofa chair, hair in bathroom and ceackers on floor in bathroom. Not too clean"

"The restaurant staff were amazing. The view and pool was spectacular. We had issue with parking card not working we have to constantly call for someone to open the gate. Bathroom sink was not properly cleaned during our arrival , there was some hair and stains, we have to sanitize and clean it ourselves."
