"Staff & hospitality was outstanding, as usual. Breakfast was very good. Just that guests should be made aware of certain etiquettes, eg gym usage, showering before using the pool & unnecessary screams by the kids should be made aware to the parents so as not to be a bother for guests. If you are uaving a nice movktail in such a beautiful setting and then a child (acting like a brat) screams and the parents dont say anything, it is a bit uncultured & bit uncalled for. "This is a very beautiful historical property. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was on top of making sure the room was clean along with water, tea, and coffee stocked daily. Bicky is amazing at taking care of the room and makes sure everything is perfect when he cleans the room. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again for future visits to Kolkata."
