"The room was not that clean, there was mold in the bathroom. The convenient shop was very pricey. Monique who was working at the desk was not very welcoming upon my arrival. This was my first time visiting Las Vegas and experience was not great, I could've chosen a different hotel but chose VDara and was not pleased with the service or room. "

Our only complaint in the room was that it took several minutes of running the water to get hot water. The lobby and loft area is beautiful and very comfortable.
