"Lovely hotel and staff..close level walk to the seafront and theatre. Newly decorated room with comfortable bed... Tv could be better on opposite wall as it could be knockekd where its situated.. Parking can be reserved and booked for £10 which is worthwhile."

"The Grand Hotel in Torquay has an excellent position when travelling without a car. The hotel is a minute away from Torquay station on one side, four minutes at the back (which means disability access to both train platforms). The beach is right across the road. The bus stops are in front of the hotel, going to the port and central town. My room was much more spacious than I expected, with a sea view, very comfortable, twin beds, tea, impeccable sheets and towels. Tea bags, hot chocolate and...
