"Beautiful property. Very well kept. Lovely atmosphere. Clean. Staff were super accommodating, helpful and friendly. Is a good 10min drive to Queenstown centre but you can catch the water taxi across which picks you up right outside the resort. "

"The hotel setting is wonderful it’s nicely situated on a lake and is in a very quiet location. Mostly things were good although the property is definitely showing its age. Needs a little TLC."

"Stayed here for 1 night, with family. Overall, this is a pretty good motel to stay. It is located right at the lake, with the main shopping/dining area at a walkable distance. The rooms are reasonably furnished. Amenities as you would expect at a motel. Just something to note: The heating was through a single Air-con/heater. (i.e. no room heating). Although the bed had in-built heating, the room was a bit cold - even in the autumn weather of May!"
