Good location. Parking was a long way from room. Access stairs right behind the restaurant/bar. No new towels or bed made each morning.

A little tired in room appearance but still comfortable...Great that a pub/Restaurant is located at the front of the property and lake across the road. On the negatives, was a shame that the bin hadn't been emptied, tea / coffee area was a little low and was awoken to argumentative neighbors around 11.30pm. Minor things that I'm sure can be rectified.
