"Some of the staff are extremely nice and helpful, but others are decidedly unhelpful. Our room was not ready until just shy of 2 hours past check-in time. After flying in from Europe that day, it was certainly an unwelcome surprise to be unable to check in. But, we have stayed here multiple times without issue before, and we will stay again."

"The rooms are small and dated. Bathroom had no ventilation. The Casino itself is dark compared to other Casinos on the Boardwalk. Outside Beach Bar and The yard is Excellent. The restaurants on the upper level give small portions of food, and charge too much for a meal. I’ll rate overall experience a 3. Love Mary at the Carousel Bar."

"Excellent hotel with great location visit New York. There is direct bus NJ-320 just across the street which takes you directly to Port Authority Bus Terminal. This hotel is the starting point of the bus and last stop while coming back from New York. All the staff members are very nice. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Amazing breakfast. I will definitely come back again. "

"Overall recommended. Clean. Staff polite. Housekeeping didn’t provide enough towels or coffee and tea. Dining room closed for Sunday lunch. Food when available is good. Quiet, restful and relatively safe locale and parking. Convenient to Princeton and Route 1 corridor."
