"Building seemed slightly older and things like insufficient lighting in bathroom, slow drainage of water, no charging plug points near bed were slight irritations but overall the stay was comfortable. It was about 5 minutes walk from the place I had to go and local malls like Sahara were nearby. Will stay here again if needed in future."

"This property is very outdated. The 1st room we had was unsafe as the balcony door did not even lock. Rooms are in need of severe updating. Lack of hot water in as much we had to use other rooms to have a shower. If the hotel was busy this would been a major problem. The staff changed our first room but was not much better. "We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia."

"My stay was very comfortable, Dihesh, Adarsh and Dilbor were ready helpful at all time, caring, kind, respectable and very polite. Had great knowledge about local transport for guidance.
