"The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were also really nice and even did a wash load of clothes for us for $10. There was an appropriately sized television, toiletries, and unlimited tea and coffee by a kettle. in terms of the area it was down a street with rats, although there was rats everywhere in Colombo. "An 5 star and private boutique hotel. There are only 11 suite rooms therefore guests that stay here value the privacy and exclusivity of the property. Shouldn’t allow corporate function or event to be held in the small property. Event held during my stay had occupied the swimming pool, courtyard, restaurant and lobby. All these are within a few hundred feet from the rooms. "
