"The hotel communicated with me before arrival ensuring I had all the necessary information. Check in was fast and simple. The room was clean, neat and had everything I needed. The rooftop pool area had a comfortable seating area and was breezy in the afternoon. It was very close to Jalan Alor area so lots of eating options. "Always love to stay here as it is sooo convenient. Literally a step away from the : - Express train to airport - direct train line to klcc / pasar seni / masjid jamek - nu shopping center With regards to being eco friendly - need some improvement. Although i consciously hang my towels, it will be changed everytime there's housekeeping. (I only get them to clean the room on alternate days). Overall love the hotel for the convenient. "
