"One of our favorite places. Far enough from the downtown so it's more quiet and peaceful. Not walking distance to too many restaurants and shopping but the drive is only 10 mins away."

"The patio is a must to sightsee ocean from Carmel. The Jacuzzi tub which could fit two persons is great. The only thing i would mention is one side of the mattress was broken...I will need to sleep on sofa :("

"Good place especially for families with kids. However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). Room Service had to come twice because they 'forgot' part of the order. Basically, the kitchen needs work! The maintenance of the room balcony areas were not clean. The buildings needed...
