"The property is well maintained and very well maintained. The facilities are also spread across the complex and well stocked to serve all the time. The restaurants cater for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. We found that the Organo and Olas managed by the same individual were not obliging to cater for additional food toppings but Elizabeth the deputy manager noted our concerns and agreed to take the matter further with all concerned "

"We recently spent a week in The Bahamas to celebrate my 40th Birthday and we were given a room upgrade on the 24th floor with two balconies sticking out and whole view of the resort plus 300 room credit and free access to all the towers and resorts, it was nothing short of spectacular! Atlantis Bahamas is worth staying."

" The Hyatt Regency was absolutely the best place that I’ve ever stayed my two adult children and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Everyone there was so polite. The staff was wonderful very attentive. The rooms were gorgeous. I had the garden view just as beautiful as the ocean view with all the birds and the trees and the palm trees. Everywhere our rooms were cleaned every single day the staff at the bars were wonderful. Nefertiti was the best server ever she was with the sandbar, Israel was also wonderful. He was the welcoming staff Anthony was at Nori was our waiter who was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t rave enough about this place. I will say that this place is completely exclusive away from a lot of things it sits at the bottom of the rainforest in which the views are absolutely beautiful , the prices for the drinks the only thing that I can say was the average drink with taxes and gratuity cost $20 per drink, which was in a small cup to make the cups a little bit larger. The food and every restaurant was wonderful room service was absolutely perfect , and they even sent us all of the accommodations that we need I can’t rave about this place. Kayaking was awesome. The ocean was fantastic. The pool was wonderful. Everything about this place was phenomenal. I was suggest everybody to go here. "
