"Good communication with representative. There is not a reception desk as such but a security guard was expecting us and gave us the keys. Maintenance is slow but no major issues. Housekeeping gentleman was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. The apartment is comfortable, clean and modern with good view of Burj Khalifa. "Taj have some wonderful hotels and having stayed at several now this one wasn't quite up there with the others. The building looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was built, when in the very shaded swimming pool it really didn't give a good impression. The rooms were good, but the corridors really could do with a refresh of paint. The service was however excellent as always. The Bombay Brasserie and Breakfast were both superb. We had a really pleasant staycation."
