"My stay was exceptional. This was by far one of the best lodging experiences I have had while on vacation in Dubai. The staff was amazing, making sure I had everything that I needed from: clean linen and towels, curling iron, phone charger, etc. I needed a curling iron for an event and they directed me to their "salon" which was located inside of the hotel. There, I was able to get a wash and curl along with mink eyelash applications for a reasonable price. My room was always cleaned properly twice daily. When I wanted to rest, I pressed the "keypad" to prevent housekeeping during the day and when I left for the evening and returned my room was clean and linens and bottled water restocked. Valet parking was a breeze. The bell's desk grabbed my luggage upon entering and exiting which made my day. The hassle of pushing around heavy suitcases, "no thanks". Dining was amazing with over ten different restaurants inside of the hotel. There's also bars and lounges inside which are pretty amazing. It's a very safe area and the walk at night has an amazing ambiance and view. Very close to almost everything in downtown Dubai. This will be my go-to hotel each time I visit Dubai. It is very busy, but as a solo traveler it worked well for me. "
