"Checking in experience was bad. Staff told me I couldn’t check in telling me to come back at 2pm and when I ask another time stating I booked through Expedia they then ask for my name. And was able to check in. Key card kept giving me issue. For the days I was there. I was able to access the lift to my floor and when unlocking the door I could not. "Really thrilled when I arrived at the lobby as I was greeted by the chic interior decor, friendly staff, and swift check-in. But my excitement was gone as soon as I stepped into the bathroom. Dirt build-up, soap scum, stains on the floor, walls, and window. Towels with grayish torn edges. Right after my shocking moment in the bathroom, I found dirt and stains again on the bed sheet and bed cover. The staff assisted me to move to other room upon my request.
