Great location, good room, but NO free Internet!
Great location, close to everything in Downtown LA: Union Station, Little Tokyo with a bunch of nice restaurants. Room was clean. Stuff was helpful, although without "American" smiles. Cons: 1) You have to pay for wi-fi! 21st century, downtown of LA, and no free wi-fi in hotel????? We traveled for a week in CA and stayed in a 6 different hotels: they all had free Internet! 2) No complimentary breakfast. The one they offer is ridiculously expensive!

ehh.
the hotel employees were really rude! and the elvator from the parking was broken so you had to WALK up stairs with all of your bags! it was HORRILBE!! the sheets had something that looked like BLOOD on them! i would NEVER book there again!

nice hotel, great price, great service. didn’t have a pool but still fabulous.
