Every time we asked to eat dinner we were initially told by one waiter that a table was available. It was obvious the restaurant was only 1/3 full. But every time another waiter would come over to us and say "no room." Was it because we were Americans? We sat in the bar lounge and watched and saw the empty tables stayed empty for the entire time.

The staff is very courteous and helps in the smallest of details that we as travellers might oversee. The location is fantastic , right on the lake and accessible by boat , car and bus.

The fact that a hotel of this quality and price does not have air conditioning is absolutely shocking. We were dreading going back to our room for the 3 nights. It was a sweat box and really was an unpleasant experience.

A little piece of heaven! A hotel I gladly go back to at every occasion. Small, quiet and elegantly decorated. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The surrounding is stunning and the food at the restaurant is excellent.
