"We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. Could be improved by having the TV on a pivot stand as it was hung in a place that made viewing very difficult. Also a caddy in the shower cubicle would be helpful. "

"We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was beautifully decorated with ample space. Had everything we needed for a few nights in Zadar. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, sunset watching and lots of restaurants nearby. Nice touches such as a nespresso machine with capsules, dishwasher, magnifying mirror in the bathrooms! Loved our stay here and would highly recommend to a family or group of friends. "

"Perfect location as only 6 minutes drive into the centre. The bathroom however is located off one of the bedrooms so this was the only downfall as it meant the couple staying on the sofa bed had to pass through the bedroom to access this. The host was very helpful and kind as was his grandmother and the property otherwise was perfect "

"Eden Penthouse is hands down the best property I have ever rented through Hotels.com! It is beautiful and very spacious which is perfect for 2 couples sharing. It was well appointed with everything you need (except a coffee maker but there is a water kettle with tea and coffee provided). "This property is beautifully maintained with all new fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is also new and the dishes are all new, matching and set for 4 people. Parking on the street was easy and free. The unit is on the ground floor so only one or two steps to get inside. It is not on the waterfront, but one one block away from the water, and a 5 minute walk to the bridge to the old city. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...

"It’s not a 5 star apartement so not want to much but still it is a place where you feel comfortable, with a nice view and everything near you. There were very friendly so for a 3 star apartment I give the 5 star because of very friendly people and you get what you need"
