"I cannot say enough good things about this boutique hotel . Miramare is only one year old and has the feel of a 5 star hotel . You are only a 15-20 minute walk along Kolovare beach to get to all the sites in old town . The staff and service were so friendly and accommodating especially Zoran who looks after the front desk and the proud owner Veljko who is happy to chat . Restaurant in the hotel has a wonderful breakfast and dinner menu you don't have to leave the hotel for anything .I would like to thank everyone at the Miramare Hotel for a wonderful stay . My only regret was that our stay was only 3 nights . We will stay at this hotel again when we return to Zadar . I highly recommend this hotel . "

"We had a lovely stay. Frank the front desk was nice as was the younger woman who worked in the kitchen and managed the front desk. The room we stayed in was a budget double bed. These are two separate beds pushed together. They were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. I was really impressed, and it was so good! We had a rental car and I recommend that anyone trying to visit Zadar and stay at this hotel have one. There is a bus stop right across from the hotel (20 feet) but not sure how often it comes. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel to downtown Zadar. There is a public beach nearby, about a 5-minute drive from the hotel. However, you can go swimming in the sea right across from the hotel. It is a skinnier beach, but it totally works. "
