the location was fine but off road parking was expensive for multiple days so that was a cost we hadn't anticipated

My first time at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. A warm welcome from reception, clean room, a good breakfast buffet, easy check out. If I'm in Bradford again; I'd probably stay here again.

Travelled all the way from London and arrived at 7.30, large que for check in, told restaurant open until 9.30, came down for food at 8.15 and was told kitchen is closed.

Comfortable bed, but no heating overnight despite following instructions, so room was cold. Also noisy, one pillow with stains, and floor looked like it could do with a vacuum. I normally go for Travelodge, but fancied an upgrade to a Jurys Inn, how disappointing!

Very affordable nice rooms, they come in every two days to empty the bins. Cleanliness could have been better there was dirt and dust on things. The keycard was an issue as well you had to keep getting it re magnetised and it wouldn’t work when it got to my room 5 floors up and I had to come back down with my suitcase. I would stay again as it was in a very convenient location for me and was reasonably priced. The doors are quite heavy so you hear a lot of those slamming when you are trying to sleep and also when I stayed kids on the fifth floor were running up and down the hallway screaming and playing in the lifts. There are cameras in the place so I’m not sure why this was allowed to continue for over an hour late at night.

The hotel is in a great location in the city centre. Rooms are big enough and beds are comfy. Major downside that we have been promised parking when booking, then were told on arrival that we have to go to the NCP nearby and pay for parking. Could see a massive empty car park in the internal court of the hotel building. As well aircon was not working, they must have known about it as straight away offrered us a portable heater, which appeared to be very small but noisy. Nevertheless it was warm at night without heater.

In terms of parking we don't have any for guests, are you able to give the hotel a call and ask for a duty manager, ideally we need to know where you were told this as its the incorrect information. The internal courtyard car park doesn't belong to us either I'm afraid, we do hope that you took full advantage of the discount we offer for guests parking at the NCP.

Good location if you will like to be close to downtown, which was closed mostly for construction. Terrible traffic in the area. Parking is offsite.

The hotel is OK but if booked through Expedia the rather unfriendly staff refuse to give you an invoice which is an issue when travelling for work.
Location is in a really rough part of town.
