"We had additional fees at check in, bed sheets were stained, the tv. did not work due to poor internet connections. Bed was extremely soft and had to check in and wait to get $30 deposit back at check out, have never had to do that. I could have stayed cheaper in a nicer place without a reservation. Was very disappointed. "

"I thought this looked like a great hotel, but there were a couple of big problems. I am a light sleeper and with no curtains to cover the window and block out all of the city lights, that was a negative. Also the choice of only a sheet or a sheet and a big, heavy comforter, made sleeping very difficult. Third. the A/C unit made a loud rumble every time it kicked in. I was curious why I needed to be on the 3rd floor near the end of the hallway, even though I checked in before 6pm. To top it off, the bathroom sink drain was clogged up. The room was clean and comfortable with nice features, but it was not a good room for me."
